This policy explains how NEXVYO collects, uses, protects and deletes information when you use the NEXVYO Android application and related services.

Information we collect

We process account information such as your name, username, email address, profile photo and account identifier. When you use messaging features, we process messages, channel posts, saved messages and files you choose to send. We also process call signalling and call-history information needed to connect voice and video calls.

With your permission, NEXVYO can access contacts to help identify people who use the service, photos and videos you choose to share, the camera for capturing media and video calls, and the microphone for voice and video calls. Notification and device tokens are used to deliver incoming messages, channel updates and calls.

How we use information

Information is used to authenticate accounts, deliver messages and media, operate public and private channels, connect calls, synchronize optional contacts, provide notifications, prevent abuse, maintain security and improve reliability. NEXVYO does not sell personal information and does not provide financial or health services.

Storage and service providers

NEXVYO uses trusted infrastructure providers for authentication, database storage, notifications, media delivery and calling. Data is transmitted using encrypted network connections. Access is restricted to the systems and people needed to operate the service.

Your choices

Android permission controls let you allow or deny contacts, photos, videos, camera, microphone and notifications. You can edit profile information, delete chats and channels where the app provides those controls, and sign out at any time.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet security and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. To request deletion of your NEXVYO account and associated personal data, email us from the address linked to the account. We may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request.

Children

NEXVYO is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as NEXVYO evolves. The effective date above will be changed when a material update is published.
